THE PROPOSAL EXPERIENCE
TERMS & CONDITIONS

We’re so excited to help make your proposal unforgettable! Before we get started, here’s some important information about how we work together.

 

1. Services Provided

The Proposal Experience offers proposal planning, guidance, and concierge services, including:

• Personalized proposal planning and design.

• Vendor recommendations and bookings (photographers, florists, venues, etc.)

• Timeline creation and coordination guidance.

• Proposal-related advice via phone, email, or in-person consultation.

 

2. Booking & Payments

• Full payment is required prior to any consultation or planning session.

• Payments can be made via payment link or invoice.

• Vendors booked through The Proposal Experience will be coordinated by us on your behalf, but payments for vendors may be collected either through The Proposal Experience or directly by the vendor, depending on the arrangement.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Proposal Planning & Consultation Packages:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled session: Full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled session: 50% refund of the total package price.

• No-shows: No refund will be issued.

Vendor Bookings via Concierge Service:

• Vendor cancellations or rescheduling follow the vendor’s individual policies.

• If a booked vendor is unavailable or cancels, The Proposal Experience will assist in finding a replacement, but is not liable for vendor failures beyond our control.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best possible experience:

• Provide accurate and timely information about preferences, budgets, and schedules.

• Respond promptly to messages and requests from The Proposal Experience.

• Understand that while we coordinate and book vendors on your behalf, ultimate payments and contracts with vendors may be your responsibility depending on the arrangement.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, guides, templates, and proposals created by The Proposal Experience remain our property. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use materials for personal proposal planning only. Sharing, selling, or distributing materials without written permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Proposal Experience strives to create a seamless proposal experience. However, we are not liable for:

• Vendor mistakes, cancellations, or delays outside our control.

• Weather, travel, or unforeseeable events affecting the proposal.

• Any indirect or consequential losses related to the proposal

7. Privacy

All personal information collected during planning (names, dates, preferences) is confidential and will only be shared with vendors as needed to execute your proposal.

8. Agreement

By booking a consultation, package, or concierge service with The Proposal Experience, you agree to these terms.
