Job Description: Seeking proposal event organizers to help manage daily operations and provide office administrative support

Responsibilities and duties:

• Operations and admin

• Scheduling proposals

• Follow-up with couples

• Bookkeeping

• Coordination with subcontractors

• Handle customer service questions​

Qualifications and skills required:

  • Very strong organizational, planning and communication skills

  • Able to meet targets

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Good knowledge of billing and bookkeeping software is a plus (Quickbooks)

  • Valid driver’s license
